I own an old aluminum boat and was having difficulties with the trolling motor and batteries. The original purchase of the boat was not from Shoeder's so they had nothing vested in helping me out. They made an appointment to look at the boat and fit me in in 5 days time, diagnosed my problems, and fixed everything that I asked them that were areas of concern. I can't speak highly enough of the service department and the technicians. Truly a top notch service facility.

I commend Schoeder's for its service and, especially the know-how of its mechanics, especially Aaron. I own a Polaris snowmobile and have had it serviced at Schoeder's on a near yearly basis for the past five years. What I particularly like is that I can make an appointment for the service work, ride my sled from Three Lakes to Rhinelander, and then wait until the work is completed, which typically takes no more than two hours. Most recently, I took my son's snowmobile to Schoeder's for servicing that required more than the usual yearly maintenance. The CHECK ENGINE light came on several years ago and it was obvious that the engine was not running optimally. The specific problem could not be identified after two service visits to an area dealership. I made a service appointment and then rode it from Three Lakes to Schoeder's with the hope that the problem could be identified without guesswork and the needless replacement of suspect parts. Aaron identified the problem in the idle air control (IAC) system. He then visually inspected all of the components of the IAC system and noticed that a hose leading to the IAC valve had a hole in it that was apparently caused by the constant rubbing of the hose against the sharp end of a coolant hose band clamp. The $2.00 hose was replaced and protected against further rubbing on the coolant hose band clamp. Problem fixed after only a few hours, and most of that time was spent waiting for the engine to cool down so it could be serviced. The engine now runs as good as it did when it was new. Good job, Schoeder's and Aaron!

Arrived on a saturday to have my hitch installed and pull my new 5th wheel home, I was then informed by my salesman John that they were missing a bracket for the reese hitch that I purchased. Now keep in mind that I had made this appt when I purchased the 5th wheel approx 3 weeks earlier. I would have thought that there would have done a little leg work to make sure that everything would have been in place prior to my arrival from an hour and a half away. John and his parts manager put there heads together and found a part that worked for my truck and hitch. As you would suspect I was very, very aggravated with the people in charge of ordering my parts but with Johns tireless effort and refusal to take no for an answer, the part was located and I got my hitch installed and pulled my new 5th wheel home. Frankly without Johns efforts this would have never happened. I was 5 minutes away from terminating the whole sale and purchasing the trailer somewhere else!! John was knowledgeable and polite and walked me and my wife through every detail of our new 5th wheel. You should be grateful to have him as your employee....period!! Thanks again John. PS...the trailer is awesome.

I've been dealing with the Shoeder's RV & Marine for 4 years now, and have yet to be let down when it comes to overall customer satisfaction. I mean overall, all aspects of the sale - price, professionalization, courteous, sales, service, parts..... It all goes hand in hand at Shoeder's
There are a lot of other dealers closer to my hometown than Shoeder's, and I've visited them all, but none that gave me the " I'm Satisfied " feeling when I walked out the door. To me, that means a lot.

Lane did plumbing repairs on my camper today. He took time to let me know what he had to do to repair it and gave me some pointers on how to maintain it , I felt very comfortable asking him questions about the camper and he went out of his way to explain things .
