Shoeder's RV & Marine is located just north of Rhinelander in the heart of the Northwoods of Wisconsin. Recreation is the mainstay in the Northwoods and for every season of the year, "WE ARE YOUR RECREATION DESTINATION"!

Founded in 1995, Shoeder's RV & Marine is situated on 40 acres of land on the shore of Shepherd Lake. We are a family owned and operated business with a highly trained and professional staff that have helped thousands of customers. We are here every step of the way. Our services are second to none.

Our knowledgeable, well-trained, and courteous sales team is ready to answer any questions. Our parts department is staffed by recreational enthusiasts that not only know what they're doing but love what they're doing. If we don't have the part, chances are we can get it for you in a minimal amount of time. Our service department has seven technicians and they carry some of the most elite certifications in the industry.

We boast a large selection of RVs, boats, and snowmobiles, as well as Shoremaster, docks, lifts, and accessories. We also have a large selection of rental units available throughout the year including pop-ups, travel trailers, snowmobiles and boats.

We will do so by being a family owned company, and making it a top priority that our guests, and their families, have an enjoyable experience while visiting us and planning their next outdoor adventure. We will accomplish that through our values of a great work culture, honesty, providing high quality products, playing to win, and always striving to support our local community. We believe that building a customer for life can start in any one of our departments, and that each department in our business is equally as important as the next. The only way that we can be the leader in outdoor recreation for Northern Wisconsin is by every single employee giving their all, every single time.

• Culture: Our business will be a place where every guest and employee are comfortable and excited to bring their child(ren) and families to visit. We always have to respect each other (both employees and customers), and be able to communicate effectively with everyone. This is the best way to provide our guests with the best possible service and our employees with a company that they wish to retire with.

• Honesty: If we don’t know an answer, we will do our best to find it out, getting back to that employee or guest in a timely manner. We will always build more trust through being honest and doing the right thing, as opposed to simply telling someone what we think they want to hear.

With that being said, every company is going to make mistakes, us included. However, we will do everything possible to learn from our mistakes and give every single guest our 100% in correcting any errors that we do make. 

• Play to win: Whether we’re playing a simple board game, or selling a Ranger boat, we should always have the mentality of playing to win. Within our dealership, we will use that mentality to give our 100% with every transaction, as well as giving ourselves the opportunity to grow by being able to continually learn and adapt to new and more effective ways of doing things (or “winning”). In continuing to learn and adapt, we understand that sometimes we will fail and revert to our old ways, but being open to change and new ideas is the only way to grow overall, as people and a company. We may fail or we may learn, but we will always try, with the understanding that “we’ve always done it that way” is the weakest phrase in the English language.
